Starting & Ending Point: Cascade River Road closure gate at Milepost 21 (Elev. 2450 feet)

Way Points: Lower Gilbert Creek & Lower Boston Creek & Lower Morning Star Peak & Lower Midas Creek (road walk);  Midas Creek & Morning Star Creek & Lower Boston Basin & Upper Boston Basin (trail hike & trail scramble & snow hike)

Campsite: Upper Boston Basin Knoll (Elev. 6200 feet)

Sidetrip: Quien Sabe Glacier & Boston–Sahale Saddle (snow climb)

Summit Attempt: Boston Peak (snow climb & rock scramble to Lower East Face via South Ridge)

Sidetrip: Sharkfin Col (snow climb)
